its got a clear plastic on it so you can put a sheet of paper in there kinda like the cover sheet......i have been searching web sites and driving to stores looking for this...i can only find this in white!!!!! or the larger size binders...but i need the smaller one! Go to your local dollar stores and look around.
What you are talking about is pretty common in Dollar Stores.
Try Walmart or Office Max. Costco has a good deal on the white ones. Six for like $7.99 - fabulous deal!
they're every where in stores. that's like the most common type!
