The tilt cords came lose from my mini blinds, how do i fix them? there is clear plastic U pieces too.?

the outside cords on my mini blinds came out at the top. These clear plastic U things came out to I think. I have no idea what brand they are and I need to fix them, but don't want to pay someone to do what i can do myself. I have seen grown men practically reduced to tears attempting to fix these little monsters, sorry, buy some new ones.
