What is the name of a 90's game that involved plastic, clear, colored blocks?

This game was a family game with a sort of Jenga theme as far as I can remember. In this game, plastic thick blocks were stacked and instead of using your hands to take out the blocks you would use this little gun sorta thing that would vibrate as you tried to knock the blocks out.


I think it might have a name that involved Ice but I do not know.What is the name of a 90's game that involved plastic, clear, colored blocks?

you use the little yellow jackhmmer like thing to knock the colour block out that appears on the dice you roll

it sounds like dont break the ice, but that has a colored skinny mallet that you tap on the ice with, and you try not to knock the man out... it was around in the 70s also. its still sold at toys r us
