How would I make a clear plastic tote bag with pictures inside?

I was at a concert and I saw this girl with a really cool bag and I was thinking of making one similar for school.


I was a clear plastic bag but behind the plasic was pictures of the band. It didn't look like the pictures had just been slid in, it looked like they were sewn along with the plastic.


If you could find me instructions or even just explain on how to make one, it would be greatly appreciated.How would I make a clear plastic tote bag with pictures inside?

of course you will be using plastic


so make 2 of them


(one just a tad bit smaller)


and then just stick it in the huge tote


and then sew


get pictures glue


and then sew the pictures to create a frame like thing around them


this takes TIME


if want a perfect one will take around 2-3 days in my opinion
