Where can I find 1 of those clear plastic picture frames with a stand at the back?

I have looked in all the photo shops and no one seems to sell them! I just mean the old style, completely plastic (or acrylic) frames that you slide a photo into. I would look at Dollar General Stores, Dollar Tree, Walmart or any of your local department stores. I see them all the time.
