If you turn it all the way up and it still wont work here is what you do. Take off the metal covering. The little wheel with the gears that turns the flame up should be showing now. Turn it all the way up, then pull the wheel off of the gears and move it back to low setting without turning the flame down. Press the wheel back into place again and turn up the flame again. You should get a full flame now. Press the metal covering back into place and you are done!
Here's what you do. Throw that one in the garbage go to the store and spend a dollar on another one.
