There are polishing compounds out there for plexiglass and Lexan products ~ we purchased ours directly from plastic manufacturers for exhibit use, although it looks like they might also be available from marinas. I did find one link for you :)Is there any way to take out the scratches and polish a clear plastic visor?
Toothpaste works well for removing scratches from plastic such as acrylic or Lexan (polycarbonate) it has very small abrasives to not damage teeth but used with a power buffer and terrybuff pad does a good job however the speed of the buffer is high the plastic must be kept cool by spray misting.

Solvo autosol (Chrome cleaner) will do it as will Jewelers rouge
You're not going to belive this but try toothpaste. The headlight lenses on my car were begining to get that haze on them and I was told by a fried to try toothpaste and guess what...it worked perfectly! I'm not sure what type of plastic you have but it's worth a try. Good luck!
No , Because plastic is made by melted injection to metal die and shiny surface of plastic is reflected from die to plastic after product been made any scratch or relife object on plastic is unfixable and any polishing will make that worth.
